We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all orders. This ensures your parcel is secure and requires a signature on delivery where applicable.

⏱ Delivery Time

• Delivery timeframe: 2 working days
• Order cut-off time: 8:00pm

Orders placed before 8pm are processed the same day where possible.

📦 How It Works

Here’s a typical example of our delivery timeline:

• Order placed: Monday (before 8pm)
• Tracking available: Tuesday evening
• Delivery: Wednesday

🔍 Tracking Information

Tracking is available on request, but please note:

• Tracking is usually only available the next working day after ordering
• This is due to how Royal Mail processes parcels through their system

⚠️ Important Tracking Note

If your tracking shows:

“We’re expecting it”

This does NOT mean your item hasn’t been sent.

It simply means Royal Mail has not yet scanned the parcel into their network. This can be misleading, but it is part of their system and unfortunately outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
