What is Circadin Used For? Circadin is a prolonged-release melatonin tablet prescribed for the short-term treatment of primary insomnia in adults aged 55 and over. It helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. It may also be prescribed off-label for jet lag.
How to Use: Take one tablet 1–2 hours before bedtime, after food. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. The typical treatment duration is up to 13 weeks.
